If, contrary to expectations, problems with your umbrella or your rain gear come from Knirps, so please file a claim within the two-year warranty period with proof of your purchase receipt directly from us at shop(at)knirps.de. The team of Knirps will get back to a repair or, if repair is not possible to take care of an exchange.
