How much is the shipping fee?
The ordered article will be sent as parcel, depending which country via DHL / GLS / DPD with no costs for shipping.
For the following countries down below shipping costs of 9,50 Euro incur for folding umbrellas, stick umbrellas, rainwear accessoires.
We do not deliver to other countries. If you want to have your order delivered into Switzerland, please visit the online shop of our swiss partner.
The delivery of sunshades (via parcel service or transport company) is ONLY possible to Austria and Germany (excluding islands of north and east sea). If you want to order a sunshade or stands it is essential that you specify your phone no. - under which you can be reached during the day - for a trouble-free delivery (notification from transport company).
Delivery costs for sunshades and accessories:
for packages send by parcel service € 7,90
for delivery by transport company € 39,90
*We deliver free of charge from a cart value of € 99,99 upwards.
IMPORTANT: Delivery by transport company / truck takes place ONLY free to curbside (in front of the building)!
Please note that the agreed appointment between you and the transport company is binding. ATTENTION – if the goods are are not accepted at the agreed date and a second delivery is necessary, additional costs of € 50 will be charged.
When will my order be delivered?
The most of our products offered are stock and will be sent to you as a package. The details for the general delivery time can be found on the product detail page and in the shopping cart.
If your product is out of stock, this information will be displayed onm the product detail page. You can also be informed accordingly by email.
When delivering sunshades, you will be contacted by the forwarding company to arrange a delivery date as soon as possible. This appointment is binding!
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
We are happy to ship your goods to a different delivery address. So you can have your new umbrella delivered directly to yoour office or surprise some else. When you take your order, simply enter the address where you want to receive your shipment.
Please note that, in the case of different delivery address, payment by invoice is not possible, because this payment method is handled by an external service provider who requires a consistency between the delivery address and the invoice address (=registered address) for reasons of risk assessment.

How often will be tried to deliver my parcel?
Depending in which country and with which parcel service your shipment will be delivered, mostly 1-2 attempts will be made. If the driver of the parcel service does not meet you in person, he or she will attempt to hand i tot an alternative address (eg. Neighbours). If not, the parcel will be deposited for you in the next post office or package shop. Therefore you will receive a notification and have 5-7 days time for pick up the package yourselb. Otherwise the shipment will be sent back to us.
